Situated in the Orihuela Costa area of the Southern Costa Blanca, Spain is the impressive urbanization of Zeniamar. Handily situated between the busy town of Torrevieja and the resort of Campoamor, Zeniamar is an expertly designed and landscaped urbanization. Zeniamar is easily accessed from the N332 coast road and is just a short distance from the La Zenia junction of the A-37 motorway. It is easily reached from both Alicante and Murcia airports (airport transfers available on request) Zeniamar is a popular location for Brits for both holidays and for those wishing to settle permanently in the area.

Zeniamar is located close to all the amenities of La Florida, Punta Prima and Flamenca Beach (Playa Flamenca) and is approximately a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. Every phase of Zeniamar has its own beautiful communal swimming pool (phase 7 has its own gymnasium). Zeniamar is an extremely popular destination for golfers and is just a short drive to 3 excellent golf courses at Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.

Zeniamar is within walking distance of the bustling Saturday market at Playa Flamenca it is also just a short drive from the nearest town of Torrevieja with it's enormous Friday market (the biggest in the region) and it's selection of shops, bars and restaurants including the brand new Habaneras shopping centre. There are some excellent facilities in Torrevieja including the Aqua Splash (Aquopolis), the promenade fun fair (great fun for young children) and the lively craft market. There is also a cinema and a twenty lane tenpin bowling alley. Football fanatics might like to take an afternoon out to cheer on the local soccer heroes FC Torrevieja.

If culture is more down your street then the ancient and historical cities of Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Orihuela (with it's numerous magnificent churches, palaces and monasteries) and Elche ("city of palms" - surrounded by Europe's biggest palm tree forest) are all located within an hours drive. Zeniamar is a fabulous location for a holiday home, for a relaxing holiday in the sun, or just a short break.
